Sue J. Trull, 89, of Hayesville died Tuesday, October 27, 2015 in a Towns County, Georgia care facility. She was a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, but lived in Shelby, North Carolina most of her life before moving to Hayesville in 2003. She was a homemaker and was a member of the McConnell Memorial Baptist Church in Hiawassee, Georgia.

She was the daughter of the late Samuel Porter and Annie Wilson Jones and the wife of the late Charles Hampton Trull Jr., who died March 7, 2010.

Surviving are three sons, Charles Michael Trull and wife, Elizabeth of Winston Salem, North Carolina, Steven Gregory Trull and wife, Sonya of St. Charles, Missouri, and Douglas Scot Trull and wife, Donna of Hayesville; five grandchildren, Ashley Pearce, Creighton Trull, Hanna Ledford, Kemper Trull, and Samuel Trull; and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 5, 2015 in McConnell Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Steven Taylor officiating. The interment was in Osborn Cemetery in Hiawassee. Pallbearers were Tony Wade, Todd Turner, Jim Moultrie, Neal Cody, Frank Witkowski, and Harold Smith.

The family received friends from 1-1:45 Thursday afternoon at the McConnell Memorial Baptist Church prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Sue J. Trull to the McConnell Memorial Baptist Church, 84 Church Street, Hiawassee, GA 30546.
