I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I didn't know about her passing until the day of the funeral or I certainly would have been there for you. I realize the pain and grief you are going through right now but take comfort in the fact that she is in heaven with Jesus rejoicing and getting reacquainted with my mama. I will be praying that God will give you comfort and peace. I love you all.

I have so many fond memories of Aunt Violet and playing around her house. She had the first satellite dish that I had ever seen. :) I sure miss those days.

I know that this is a bittersweet time for everyone; I understand what it is like to lose a parent to Alzheimer's. You know my prayers and love are with you. This morning I explain the concept of double first cousins to Drew, and I started to go over to the cemetery here, and tell Mom and Dad about Violet. Then I realized, they certainly knew before I did, and I'm willing to bet they were right there, with your father, waiting for her. I'm sure they all celebrated her life here and there. I love you all and will see you soon. Your cousin, Sharon
